Safety is paramount at GMF Structural. We
conduct yearly
Continuing Education programs for Managers and Supervisors in addition to all
employees attending mandatory “Tool Box” safety meetings weekly to strengthen
the “safety culture” on all projects. Our safety directors perform daily inspections
of Shop and Field applications to ensure all safety policy are being practiced.
Through documenting and training proper work practices we are able to reduce
potentially dangerous “work a arounds,” and as a result reduce the risk of workplace
accidents and injuries. Our goal is ZERO injuries and ZERO lost time on all projects
as well as the safest work environments for our employees. Our robust “safety
culture” conveys into a higher level of professionalism and pride; we work hard
to ensure those attributes are our common thread in every project. |
